Loved this hotel. Rooms were massive and the bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly.

AC did not work for 3 nights, so there was 27 degrees in the room at night. But the staff is helpful and positive. Big rooms, but with just a bed and tv furniture. Breakfast was mediocre, but with very good pastry.

This hotel is very basic and it's just what me and my family were looking for. They have breakfast and a little shoppette on the ground floor. This hotel is right in the middle of everything.

An excellent place for a stay over while travelling further south/north. Decent distance from the A1/E35 autostrada. Not too close to cause any disturbance but not too far from the exits either. Easy to access. It also has a big supermarket next to it. Serves as a great place for grocery shopping. Sassuolo is located next to Maranello and Modena. Free parking in front of the hotel, lots of space Good value for money

Very basic but clean and the bar stays open late. The room was spacious and clean although a strange window that opens right across the room. We stayed here for one night and food is good in the area. ||Could do with some irons as they charge to iron your clothes.
